As our Cabin Crew Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our cabin operations. In this role, you'll:
- Lead and inspire our cabin crew to consistently deliver outstanding service while upholding the highest safety standards.
- Provide active guidance to our Cabin Crew Seniors, ensuring clear communication, strong morale, and a sense of shared purpose across the team.
- Shape our team's future by recruiting, training, and developing crew members who embody Legend Airlines' values of professionalism and warmth.
- Drive continuous improvement in crew structures and performance evaluations, helping each team member reach their full potential.
- Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and internal procedures related to safety, qualifications, and service delivery.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments and external authorities to support smooth, efficient daily operations.
- Cultivate a culture of learning, accountability, and genuine teamwork within the crew community.
Who You Are: What We're Looking For?

Your Experience:
- Previous experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or in a similar leadership role within cabin operations.
- A proven ability to lead and motivate teams, whether based in one location or across different countries and bases.
- Solid knowledge of aviation safety, compliance standards, and crew management practices.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken—additional languages are always welcome.
- Experience in charter or ACMI operations is a strong advantage.
