In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our cabin crew community. Your leadership will directly influence our onboard culture, crew development, and the daily operational excellence that defines the Legend Airlines experience. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational leadership and daily support to our Cabin Crew Seniors and team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee the full cabin crew lifecycle: from strategic recruitment and comprehensive training to ongoing professional development and structured performance management.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with all aviation safety regulations and internal service standards, maintaining meticulous records and certifications.
- Analyze and refine cabin crew structures, workflows, and evaluation systems to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison, collaborating seamlessly with Flight Operations, Ground Services, HR, and external regulatory authorities.
- Champion a positive, learning-focused environment that encourages teamwork, personal growth, and a shared commitment to our airline's values.
The Leader We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Cabin Crew Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within an airline.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams, with experience managing multi-base operations being a significant advantage.
- A strong, up-to-date understanding of EASA aviation safety regulations, crew resource management, and industry compliance standards.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with Romanian language skills being a strong asset for local operations.
- Background in charter, ACMI, or dynamic operational environments is highly valued.
