What You’ll Be Doing?
In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll:
- Lead, coach, and empower Cabin Crew members to deliver safe, seamless, and exceptional service on every flight.
- Provide guidance and motivation to Senior Cabin Crew, ensuring consistent communication and performance across teams.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and continuous professional development aligned with Legend’s values and brand standards.
- Manage performance reviews, career progression, and operational planning for crew members across bases.
- Ensure full compliance with EASA regulations, company manuals, and internal safety procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and aviation authorities to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing improvement within the Cabin Crew community.
What You’ll Bring?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational knowledge with genuine people leadership. You should have:
- In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations and inflight safety procedures.
- Proven experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or similar leadership position.
- A track record of motivating and leading multi-base or multi-national cabin teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Charter or ACMI operations experience (an advantage but not essential).
