Operating a fleet of Airbus A340-313 aircraft, we specialize in charter and ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance & Insurance) operations, serving destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

What You'll Do
As Cabin Crew Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, developing, and inspiring our cabin crew team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring our Cabin Crew team to deliver excellent service and uphold the highest safety standards
- Providing active leadership and support to Cabin Crew Seniors, ensuring clear communication and motivation throughout the team
- Recruiting, training, and developing cabin crew members who reflect Legend Airlines' values and professionalism
- Managing and improving cabin crew structures and performance evaluations
- Ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations and internal company procedures related to safety, qualifications, and service standards
- Collaborating closely with internal departments and external authorities to maintain smooth daily operations
- Encouraging a culture of learning, responsibility, and teamwork within the crew community
What We're Looking For?
Your Experience
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew Manager—you understand the nuances of leading a cabin crew team
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, even across different bases or countries
- Solid understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and crew management standards
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in charter or ACMI operations is an advantage
