About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll be the face of Air Arabia—welcoming every passenger with genuine hospitality and ensuring their journey is safe, comfortable, and memorable from boarding to landing. Beyond providing excellent service, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining onboard safety, supporting the flight crew, and representing the airline’s values wherever you go.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Attend flight briefings fully prepared and ready to perform your assigned duties with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct safety demonstrations, assist passengers with compliance, and respond swiftly to any onboard situation or emergency.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and fitness to fly while representing Air Arabia’s polished image.
- Deliver warm, attentive customer service—offering assistance during boarding, handling passenger requests, and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and cared for throughout the flight.
- Promote onboard meals, retail items, and the Charity Cloud program with sincerity and a personal touch—every sale and donation makes a difference.
- Carry out pre- and post-flight checks, keeping the cabin organized, stocked, and ready for every departure.
- Accurately complete reports, maintain safety documentation, and assist with stock and cash handling procedures.
- Stay current with mandatory training in safety, first aid, and customer service to ensure every flight runs smoothly and efficiently.
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re looking for energetic, service-oriented individuals who take pride in representing the airline and delivering a warm, authentic experience.
Key Requirements:
- Age: 18–29 (without prior cabin crew experience) or up to 33 (experienced cabin crew)
- Education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a qualification in Travel or Tourism is a plus)
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
- Computer skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred)
- Minimum height: 160 cm (female) / 168 cm (male), with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age
- Appearance: Clear complexion, no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform
- Fitness: Physically and medically fit to perform inflight duties
- Swimming ability: Able to swim using a flotation device
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — we’re looking for personality and potential above all.
- Previous experience in aviation, customer service, or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Active cabin crew license is beneficial but not required.
- Comfortable with shift work, long hours, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
