We’re now looking for an experienced and polished Flight Attendant to join our Dubai-based team, supporting operations aboard our Challenger 604. About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with TAG Aviation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. Every detail of the journey matters — from anticipating client preferences to creating a seamless inflight experience. You’ll also take pride in preparing the cabin to perfection and delivering service that reflects the luxury and precision of our brand.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Providing a warm, attentive, and personalized service to passengers throughout each flight
- Managing inflight catering and presentation, including meals and beverages tailored to guest preferences
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are always followed and clearly communicated
- Assisting with all pre-flight preparations and post-flight cabin organization
- Handling passenger inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintaining cabin cleanliness, comfort, and readiness for every departure
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who embodies grace, confidence, and cultural awareness — a professional who can balance hospitality with safety responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a proactive approach to guest needs
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate Cabin Attendant, ideally within VIP or business aviation
- Strong background in Silver Service and fine dining etiquette
- Experience with Chinese cuisine and the ability to provide Mandarin-speaking service
