About the Role
As a Flight Attendant at Qazaq Air, you’ll be the face of our airline and the first person passengers meet when they step on board. Your mission is to create a welcoming and secure environment from takeoff to landing — ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable, safe, and memorable journey.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance throughout every phase of the flight
- Greeting passengers with warmth, helping them with seating, and making them feel at ease from the moment they board
- Delivering pre-flight safety briefings clearly and confidently
- Preparing and serving meals and refreshments with attention to detail and presentation
- Keeping the cabin organized, clean, and secure at all times
- Monitoring the overall condition of the aircraft, including hygiene and safety equipment
- Responding calmly and efficiently to medical or emergency situations, including providing first aid when needed
- Assisting passengers during disembarkation and ensuring a smooth conclusion to every flight
What We’re Looking For?
- Completed secondary or specialized education
- Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or above
- Valid international passport
- Military ID (for candidates subject to military service)
- Clear and confident communication with excellent diction
- Strong interpersonal skills — you’re approachable, tactful, and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
- A team-oriented attitude, positive outlook, and commitment to delivering service with a smile
