Join JSX as a Hospitality Intern!
If you’re passionate about aviation, customer experience, and the art of hospitality, this internship will put you right in the middle of it all. JSX is looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Intern to join our team in Dallas for the summer season — from May 18 through August 7 — to help shape the experience that makes JSX unlike any other airline.

As a Hospitality Intern, you’ll work side by side with our service and operations teams to refine the small details that make a big difference for every Customer. From coordinating onboard amenities to gathering passenger feedback, your efforts will directly support our mission to deliver joyful, seamless journeys from gate to sky.
What You’ll Be Doing?
Every day will bring something new. You’ll be part of a hands-on team that values collaboration, curiosity, and excellence. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and rollout of new onboard service programs and hospitality initiatives
- Helping organize catering, amenities, and inflight service materials to ensure consistent quality across all flights
- Supporting the management of Customer feedback and identifying ways to enhance satisfaction
- Collaborating with multiple departments to improve workflows and refine the overall travel experience
- Participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team projects that shape the future of JSX service
- Contributing to special hospitality events or Customer experience projects throughout the internship

What You’ll Need to Apply?
- U.S. citizenship (federal regulation requirement)
- Successful completion of background checks and eligibility screenings
- Currently enrolled college student completing sophomore or junior year
- Majoring in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
- A valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Leadership or campus involvement is a plus
Pay & Perks:
- Hourly rate: $18.00/hour
