Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Open to applicants with or without prior flying experience
- Good physical condition and professional appearance
- Minimum height of 1.65m
- A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and customer care
- Valid ID/NIE and passport with authorization to work in Spain
- Willingness to relocate or travel as needed
- Applicants must not have participated in an Iberia Express recruitment process in the past 12 months
