Heston Airlines is growing, and we’re looking for an In-Flight Coordinator to join our team in Vilnius. This role is at the heart of ensuring our passengers enjoy a seamless and high-quality onboard experience across charter and ACMI operations. What You’ll Be Doing?
As an In-Flight Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire inflight service process from start to finish. That means coordinating full charter and ACMI projects, monitoring service standards, and working directly with catering providers to ensure smooth operations. You’ll be a key point of contact between cabin crew, ground staff, catering partners, and the office team, making sure every detail comes together perfectly.
Your tasks will include ordering inflight service equipment, planning menus (whether buy-on-board or complimentary), presenting inflight service results, and ensuring that safety, security, and company procedures are always followed. You’ll also support colleagues in the Ground Operations (GOPS) department whenever needed, making this a highly collaborative and dynamic position.
What We’re Looking For?
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- At least one year of aviation-related experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs
