    About the Role

    As an Inflight Experience Intern, you’ll support our Customer Experience department in managing everything that shapes our passengers’ time onboard — from inflight Wi-Fi and entertainment to catering and supplier coordination. You’ll work side by side with the Inflight Experience Manager and collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Digital teams to keep every detail running smoothly. This internship is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented student or recent graduate eager to make an impact in the aviation industry.


    What You’ll Be Doing?

    • Assist the Inflight Experience Manager with day-to-day coordination of projects related to Wi-Fi, inflight entertainment, and catering.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure high standards of service delivery.
    • Monitor performance metrics, track incidents, and help prepare reports to assess service quality.
    • Keep operational documentation and product databases updated and well-organized.
    • Contribute to improving internal processes that enhance the onboard customer journey.
    • Support the introduction and logistical management of new products, materials, and entertainment content.
    • Take part in innovation and continuous improvement projects within the Customer Experience team.

    What We’re Looking For?

    You’re studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Communication, Engineering, or a related field. You have a natural curiosity for how things work, love problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • English and Spanish proficiency (C1 level certified)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute ideas
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, international environment
