Join Elevate Jet as a Flight Attendant – Based at Raleigh-Durham (RDU)!
Elevate Jet is looking for a polished, proactive, and safety-conscious Flight Attendant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you have experience flying large-cabin aircraft under Part 135 or Part 91, and you genuinely enjoy anticipating the needs of discerning travelers, this could be the perfect next step in your private aviation career.
This is a hands-on, travel-intensive role based at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. You'll work closely with our pilots to deliver a seamless, secure, and refined experience for every client—whether it's a domestic hop or an international leg.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
Your work starts well before passengers step onboard. You'll partner with the Pilot-in-Command and First Officer on pre-flight and post-flight tasks, making sure the cabin is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Beyond routine preparation, you'll check that all safety equipment is onboard and functioning, and confirm that entertainment systems and galley controls are ready to go.
Once in the air, you'll be the face of Elevate Jet's service—handling catering orders, responding gracefully to special requests, and maintaining a calm, polished environment throughout the flight. After landing, you'll help reset the cabin so the aircraft is always trip-ready for the next departure.
What We're Looking For?
We need someone who takes ownership of the cabin without needing constant direction. Here are the essentials:
- A high school diploma (a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred).
- At least two years of prior experience as a Flight Attendant on large-cabin aircraft under Part 135 or Part 91.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational habits and a sharp eye for detail.
- A valid passport with no travel restrictions.
- Residency within two hours of Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time, with a schedule that flexes around client needs.
It's a plus if you also have:
- International flight experience under Part 135 or Part 91.
- Culinary training or a strong working knowledge of food presentation and service.
A Few Practical Details:
- This is a full-time, exempt position.
- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of your duties.
- Proof of certain vaccinations may be required.
- U.S. work authorization is a must—we cannot sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.
