About the Role
As a Passenger Service Agent, you’ll be the friendly face passengers meet from check-in to boarding. You’ll assist travelers through their journey, making sure each interaction is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. From coordinating boarding to providing travel information, your support helps ensure flights operate safely and on time — and that every passenger feels taken care of.
These are temporary, shift-based positions starting in spring 2026, with the possibility of a permanent contract for outstanding performers. Comprehensive job training will be provided before you begin.
What You’ll Do?
- Greet and assist passengers during check-in and boarding
- Support with deplaning and other passenger-related services
- Provide accurate flight information and answer travel inquiries
- Collaborate closely with ground operations teams to keep flights running on schedule
- Handle additional duties as needed to ensure exceptional service throughout the airport

Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 19 years
- A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English; an additional language is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience or strong interest in the service or hospitality sector
- Valid driver’s license
