As a Cabin Crew Member, you will play an active role in supporting our flight operations and ensuring that each journey reflects AJet’s standards. You’ll be responsible for keeping the cabin environment safe at every stage of the flight, handling passenger needs with care, and creating an atmosphere where people feel looked after and welcome. Our crews act as the face of the airline, and your positive energy and calm professionalism will shape the experience our guests remember.

Who We’re Looking For?
We invite applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Turkish citizenship
- Birth year between 1.1.1990 and 31.12.2004
- Currently living in, or able to relocate to, Ankara
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree or relevant associate programs (such as Civil Aviation Cabin Services or Civil Air Transportation Management)
- Good command of English; additional foreign languages are a plus
- No Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record
- No previous dismissal from Turkish Airlines (THY A.O.) or its subsidiaries
- No prior dismissal from THY A.O. or other organizations due to misconduct, absenteeism, or disciplinary issues
- No travel restrictions within Türkiye or abroad
- For current THY A.O. or subsidiary employees: at least 3 years of seniority
Height Requirements:
- Women: 160–180 cm
- Men: 170–190 cm
- Must meet appropriate height-to-weight balance (refer to AJet’s criteria table)
To meet uniform standards, candidates must have no visible tattoos, piercings, or permanent marks (such as scars, burns, or stains) in the areas visible while wearing the AJet uniform. Any tattoos or marks within the white-colored zones defined by the uniform guidelines are not permitted.

Candidates are expected to review the qualification criteria and uniform requirements before applying, as responsibility lies with the applicant. Those who do not meet the standards will be removed from the selection process at any stage. Cabin crew duties at AJet require strict adherence to uniform and grooming regulations.
