On most of your shifts, you'll take off and land on the same day, returning to your own bed each night. Your Role in the Sky
As the face of our guest experience, you'll be the reason someone's day gets a little brighter. You'll welcome guests on board with a sincere smile, deliver important safety briefings with clarity and care, and provide thoughtful, brilliant service throughout the flight. From assisting guests with special needs to making travel super fun for unaccompanied minors, your attention turns a flight into an experience.
You'll thrive as part of a close-knit team, meeting new colleagues and guests every day. Aviation is dynamic, and your ability to handle unexpected situations—like weather changes or delays—with calm confidence will make every guest feel safe and well cared for.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Have at least 3 years of previous employment (part-time or full-time) in roles focused on caring for people or customers.
- Hold a valid passport with at least 18 months remaining.
- Hold or can quickly obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Hold or can quickly obtain a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Can work flexibly on a 24/7 rotating roster, embracing early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
- Can comfortably reach up to 180cm.
- Are happy to be around cats and dogs, as we warmly welcome pets on board.
