Here's something that sets this role apart: while the lifestyle of a Cabin Crew member often means being away from home for up to four days at a time, things are a little different flying out of Perth. On most shifts, you'll be back home on the same day, with only occasional overnight stays. That means you can enjoy the adventure of a flying career without sacrificing the comfort of your own bed.
You might not have thought about taking your career to the skies as a flight attendant, but if you've worked in customer service, hospitality, retail, aged care, nursing, or in a hotel, your experience is highly relevant and valued. We're looking for people who already know how to care for others—we'll teach you everything you need to know about aviation.
What You'll Be Doing?
Your days will be varied, rewarding, and full of moments that matter. Here's what you can expect:
- Welcoming people onboard our aircraft and seeing them off at the other end with a warm smile
- Giving clear, comprehensive safety briefings and making sure everyone understands and adheres to them
- Offering brilliant service to all our guests, from business travellers to holidaymakers
- Helping those with special needs and making flying super fun for unaccompanied minors
- Working as part of a team and meeting new people every single day
- Handling things outside of your control—weather, delays, emergencies—with calm confidence, helping guests feel like they're in good hands

Who We're Looking For?

- Cool, calm, and collected – you stay composed when things don't go to plan
- Happy to help – nothing's too much trouble
- People-loving – you genuinely enjoy connecting with others
- Safety-conscious – you understand that safety always comes first
- Clear-headed – you think on your feet and make good decisions
- Charming and down to earth – you're professional but real
You'll be great in this role if you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have had at least 3 years of previous employment (part-time or full-time) in roles that focus on caring for people or customers
- Have a passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining
- Have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or can obtain one quickly)
- Have a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate (or can obtain one quickly)
- Can work a 24/7 rotating roster – including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
- Can reach up to a height of 180cm (this is a safety requirement)
- Are comfortable being around cats and dogs who may travel onboard our aircraft from time to time
