TAG Aviation is looking for an experienced and service-driven Flight Attendant to join our team based in Biggin Hill. This role is all about creating a refined, comfortable, and safe environment for our passengers while delivering the bespoke level of service that defines TAG Aviation.
As part of our Challenger 650 operation, you’ll be the face of excellence onboard—someone who anticipates needs before they’re spoken and ensures every flight runs seamlessly from take-off to touchdown.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for both the safety and the overall experience of our guests. From carefully preparing the cabin to crafting beautifully presented vegetarian and vegan dishes, you’ll play a key role in making every journey memorable. Your ability to combine discretion, poise, and initiative will make all the difference in an exclusive private aviation setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, attentive, and discreet level of inflight service tailored to each passenger
- Prepare and present high-quality vegetarian and vegan cuisine to exceptional standards
- Ensure passenger safety and security throughout every phase of flight
- Manage cabin readiness and comfort before, during, and after flights
- Work closely with flight crew to maintain smooth operations and communication
- Handle passenger requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and calm under pressure
What We’re Looking For?
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Proven background in vegetarian and/or vegan culinary preparation (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Silver Service and fine dining presentation
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail
- Confident working independently as well as collaboratively with the flight team
- Professional, polished appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant
