Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Flight Attendant to join our Falcon 7X operation in Livermore, CA. About the Role
As a Solairus Flight Attendant, you’ll represent both the company and the aircraft owner, ensuring the highest level of comfort, safety, and discretion for every passenger. You’ll handle all aspects of cabin preparation and inflight service—from gourmet menu planning to emergency readiness—with professionalism and warmth.
What You’ll Do?
- Deliver a refined, personalized service to passengers on every flight, ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the journey.
- Conduct detailed preflight checks of all cabin and safety equipment, ensuring the aircraft is immaculate and fully stocked before each leg.
- Greet passengers with professionalism, assist with seating, and provide clear safety briefings.
- Prepare, plate, and serve meals and beverages with an eye for presentation and timing—culinary creativity is highly valued here.
- Manage special requests and source bespoke catering items as needed.
- Administer basic first aid (including CPR/AED) if required and assist in any emergency or turbulence situations.
- Maintain inventory of onboard supplies, update trip documentation, and coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and ground support.
- Ensure post-flight cleaning, restocking, and readiness for the next departure.
Who We’re Looking For?
- A seasoned professional with 5+ years of corporate flight attendant experience, preferably on long-range jets.
- Graduate of FlightSafety, FACTS, or a comparable cabin safety program (recent recurrent training within 12 months preferred).
- Strong culinary background—formal training is a plus, but genuine passion for food and presentation is essential.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing logistics, catering orders, and cabin systems independently.
- Flexible and dependable, able to adapt to last-minute schedule changes, overnight duties, and global travel.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
- Eligible for unrestricted international travel and able to deploy for trips of up to 16 consecutive days.
Preferred Attributes:
- College degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or aviation.
- Fluency in another language is a plus, as is prior experience working with families or children onboard.
- Calm under pressure, confident in handling both guest service and safety duties.
- Positive, polished, and approachable—someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others.
Physical Requirements
This position requires excellent stamina, balance, and mobility in tight spaces. You should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and performing light galley or cabin prep tasks during extended flights.
