Jet Luxe is continuing its expansion across the Americas, and we are looking for a dedicated Flight Care Executive to support our exclusive clientele in Mexico. As part of Jet Luxe’s Flight Care team, you will play a central role in shaping the experience of aircraft owners, VIP passengers, and executive travelers. Since launching in 2020, Jet Luxe has become a global reference for bespoke aircraft management and premium travel solutions. Our clients rely on us for seamless, detail-perfect service—from preflight coordination to the final arrival—and your work will help ensure that every journey is executed to the highest standards.
In this position, you will manage personalized communication with high-profile customers, keeping them informed and supported at every stage of their journey. You’ll coordinate closely with internal teams to align operational needs, oversee catering and onboard preferences, track flight activity, and proactively anticipate challenges that may arise. Representing Jet Luxe means building long-term relationships, understanding individual client tastes, and consistently delivering a polished, professional experience that reinforces trust.
The role requires someone who is comfortable navigating the operational realities of aviation, including schedules, regulations, and logistical constraints. You’ll be expected to act quickly and decisively, especially during last-minute changes, and collaborate seamlessly with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Marketing to maintain fluid operations. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and calm approach under pressure will be key to ensuring each client receives the level of service synonymous with Jet Luxe.
What You Need to Succeed?
- Residency in Mexico
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in aviation or a premium service environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive requests
- Confidence in problem-solving within fast-moving operational settings
- Deep attention to detail and accuracy in client preferences and flight coordination
- Solid understanding of aviation operations, aircraft limitations, and related logistics
- A proactive, flexible mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for client service
- Experience in private aviation is an advantage
- Availability for rotating shifts
