    About the Role

    As an On Board Services Specialist within our Customer Touchpoints team, you will play a key role in enhancing the onboard customer experience. Your work will involve collaborating on the design and implementation of inflight products and services, ensuring they reflect our brand's premium positioning, sustainability focus, and passenger-centric approach. You will partner with operational functions throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to execution, helping to define innovative hospitality solutions that delight our passengers.

    Your Responsibilities

    In this role, you will actively contribute to creating and refining onboard services and products. This includes selecting materials, developing technical specifications, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing procurement for international operations. You will also design new services and initiatives to elevate passenger experiences, prepare supporting documentation, and monitor customer satisfaction to implement improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams on content for corporate communications and the company website, ensuring alignment with ITA Airways' brand and operational standards.


    Who We Are Looking For?

    The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline, such as Engineering or Marketing, and has previous experience in onboard service or related roles focused on service design and implementation. You thrive in competitive environments, have excellent organizational skills, and are comfortable working across multiple functional areas. Fluency in English, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a willingness to travel are essential.
