What You Will Be Responsible For?
You will ensure compliance with all mandated safety and security guidelines, participate in pre-flight briefings, and support the crew in delivering exceptional service. Your duties will include assisting guests, handling concerns with empathy, coordinating with flight and ground teams for operational efficiency, and maintaining the airline's image at all times. In emergency situations, you will be expected to respond quickly and professionally, performing all safety demonstrations and procedures with precision and confidence.

Educational & Experience Expectations
A Class 12 qualification with a minimum of 50% marks is mandatory. While freshers are welcome, previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is considered an advantage. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in guest-facing roles will find their background especially beneficial during the selection process.
To qualify, you should have:
- Completed Class 12 from a recognized board or university with at least 50% marks
- A minimum height of 155 cm, with weight proportionate to height
- A BMI between 18 and 22
- 6/6 vision, and no visible tattoos when in uniform
- Fluency in English and Hindi
