Do You Have What It Takes?
We're looking for candidates who bring the right mix of professionalism, personality, and dedication. To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following criteria:
- Be an Indian national holding a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
- Be between 18 and 28 years of age (if you're a fresher with no prior flying experience). Experienced crew may apply up to 35 years.
- Meet the minimum height requirement: 155 cm for female candidates and 167.5 cm for male candidates, with weight in proportion to height.
- Have completed at least 10+2 (Class 12th) education.
- Be fluent in both English and Hindi—clear communication is essential.
- Be medically fit as per DGCA standards and maintain a healthy BMI (18–23 for females, 18–25 for males).
- Have no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform.
- Be prepared for a dynamic lifestyle involving travel, long hours, and shift work.
