As a key member of our cabin crew, you are much more than a flight attendant—you are the heart of the passenger experience. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort, and service, turning routine flights into exceptional memories. Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Mastering and meticulously following all procedures outlined in our Cabin Crew Manual, from pre-flight briefings to maintaining impeccable personal presentation and up-to-date operational knowledge.
- Executing both safety and service protocols with confidence, making sound decisions under all conditions to prioritize passenger well-being and create a seamless travel experience.
- Providing empathetic, solution-oriented service that builds genuine passenger loyalty, ensuring every interaction reflects Avianca's caring spirit.
- Proactively identifying and reporting any operational findings or opportunities for improvement to help us continuously elevate our standards.
- Assisting the Chief Purser with accurate documentation of any flight irregularities or maintenance needs to ensure the ongoing safety and efficiency of our operations.
- Engaging passengers with our onboard sales service in a friendly and consultative manner.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient, and service-hearted individuals who are eager to learn and grow. To take off with us in the Seed Program, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A completed professional/technical degree, or be currently enrolled as an active student in a technical institute or university program.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Languages: A strong command of English, certified at a B2 level or equivalent.
- Skills: Must be a confident swimmer with the ability to float.
- Documents: A valid passport is required. Possession of a U.S. tourist visa is a significant advantage.
