Your Tasks: Be the Face of German Airways
As a Cabin Crew Member, you'll play an essential role in creating safe, comfortable, and memorable journeys for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Looking after our passengers professionally and warmly—from boarding to bidding them farewell after landing
- Ensuring the safety of our passengers and crew in compliance with all statutory and company safety regulations
- Providing a high-quality onboard service and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere on board
- Being a professional, service-oriented, and solution-focused point of contact for our passengers
- Working closely with flight and cabin crew and contributing to safe and smooth flight operations
- Representing German Airways with reliability, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset
Your Profile: What You Bring to the Team?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Minimum height: 160 cm
- Good swimming skills—your ability will be assessed
- Very good spoken and written English; good German language skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
- Completed education—you have a solid foundation to build on
- Unrestricted travel ability and a valid passport; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit is also required
- Place of residence or accessibility to Cologne/Bonn Airport within 90 minutes for on-call services
- A strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and resilience—you thrive in a dynamic environment
- High flexibility regarding working hours and locations
- Safe handling of common PC applications
- Mobile phone with internet access—for communication and scheduling
- A well-groomed appearance and a confident, friendly demeanour
