To qualify for this experienced crew role, you must meet the following criteria:
Specific Requirements:
- Age: 21 years and above for all candidates.
- Height: Minimum 160 cm for Females, minimum 172 cm for Males.
- Physique: A proportional weight-to-height ratio with an ideal BMI.
- Professional Certification (Key Requirement): Applicants must hold a valid Flight Attendant Certificate, with preference given to those rated on the A320 aircraft.
Education & Skills:
- A minimum Senior High School diploma (a Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a strong advantage).
- You must possess good English proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a natural talent for customer service.
Attitude & Flexibility:
- A consistently positive attitude with an outgoing, engaging personality.
- You must be willing to be based at either our Surabaya (SUB) or Medan (KNO) hub.
Health & Grooming:
- You must be physically fit, in excellent health, and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
