Your Mission: Safety, Service, and Smiles!
As the heart of our passenger experience, you will play the most vital role onboard. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the absolute safety and comfort of our guests from the moment they step on the plane until they reach their destination. This means being a vigilant safety professional, a warm and attentive host, and a calm problem-solver—all at once. You'll work seamlessly with your fellow crew members to create a secure, friendly, and memorable environment for everyone on board.
A snapshot of your key responsibilities includes:
- Prioritizing passenger safety above all, following all company and aviation security procedures meticulously.
- Delivering professional, friendly, and attentive service that makes every passenger feel valued.
- Handling any situation with composure, ensuring a calm and safe cabin environment even during unexpected events.
- Fostering effective teamwork and clear communication with both your cabin crew colleagues and the flight deck crew.
Do You Have the FLYONE Spirit?
We are searching for candidates who embody our values of professionalism, positivity, and team spirit. To join our cabin crew, you should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma (Baccalauréate).
- Be fluent in Romanian, English, and Russian.
- Possess a professional appearance and a customer-focused, positive attitude.
- Have excellent communication skills and be a true team player.
- Be available for flexible, irregular schedules and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
- Have a height between 160 cm and 180 cm.
- Provide a clean criminal record.
- An existing Cabin Crew Attestation will be considered a strong advantage.
