Lead with Purpose: Join SAS as a Cabin Crew Manager in Oslo!

At SAS, we believe that exceptional journeys begin with exceptional people. We are on a transformative path towards sustainable aviation, guided by care for our colleagues, delight for our travelers, and a deep commitment to our planet. As a Cabin Crew Manager at our Oslo base, you will be at the heart of this journey—a first-line leader who inspires a team dedicated to safety, service, and the spirit of Scandinavian hospitality. If you are a natural leader who thrives on empowering others and driving operational excellence within a dynamic, supportive culture, this is your opportunity to shape the future of flying.

Your Mission: Inspire, Guide, and Connect!

You will be a pivotal leader within our Oslo crew base, one of five Cabin Crew Managers reporting directly to the Head of Cabin Crew. Your role extends far beyond administration; you are a cultural ambassador, an operational anchor, and a trusted mentor for our cabin crew. In a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you will bridge strategic vision with daily execution, ensuring our teams feel supported, motivated, and aligned with our core values: Inspiration, Collaboration, Accountability, Recognition, and Execution.

    Key Areas of Impact:

    • Lead with Heart: Guide, support, and engage our Cabin Crew—fostering a motivated, high-performing team that delivers outstanding service, even when you're leading from the ground.
    • Cultivate Our Culture: Actively contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by participating in well-being initiatives and reinforcing a culture where everyone feels valued and heard.
    • Drive Operational Harmony: Collaborate seamlessly with key partners in Planning, Commercial, Medical, and People teams to ensure a smooth, safe, and punctual daily operation.
    • Translate Strategy into Action: Turn company goals into clear, actionable standards and procedures, helping your team stay agile and focused amid constant change.
    • Support & Recognize: Manage routine follow-ups on attendance and feedback, while being a constant source of encouragement—building trust, celebrating successes, and nurturing a proactive "can-do" spirit across your team.

    The Leader We're Looking For

We are seeking a people-focused leader who brings both empathy and energy to the role. You don't need to have all the aviation specifics from day one, but you must bring the right mindset and leadership foundation.

    We believe you have:

    • Proven leadership qualities that unite teams, spark enthusiasm, and foster genuine collaboration.
    • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to inspire, guide, and engage people at all levels.
    • A supportive, adaptable approach that helps teams navigate a fast-evolving operational landscape with resilience.
    • The competency to thrive in a high-paced setting, meeting change with constructive excitement rather than frustration.
    • Professional fluency in English, and the ability to communicate effectively in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish).

A significant advantage if you also have:

    • Direct experience in aviation and crew leadership.

Background Check: This is a security-classified position. A final background check will be conducted. We value transparency and encourage open dialogue about any potential matters that may arise during this process.

    Why Choose SAS?

This is more than a management role—it's a chance to grow within an international, forward-thinking airline that puts its people first. You will enjoy:

    • Attractive travel benefits and discounted airline tickets.
    • Structured opportunities for professional development and career growth.
    • A supportive and collaborative culture that celebrates teamwork, continuous learning, and shared achievement.

    Ready to Lead Our Team?

If you are ready to lead a fantastic team, contribute to a sustainable future, and help write the next chapter of SAS, we warmly welcome your application.
