What You'll Do: A Day in Your Flying Life
Your responsibilities will span the entire flight cycle, blending safety vigilance with exceptional customer care:
- Prepare with Purpose: Arrive fit for duty, well-groomed, and on time. Attend pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, team roles, security checks, and boarding procedures.
- Champion Safety First: Guide passengers through safety demonstrations, remain alert to potential risks, and partner with your Cabin Supervisor to address any issues immediately. Administer first aid when needed and report irregularities promptly to the flight crew.
- Deliver Warm Hospitality: Welcome passengers warmly, assist with boarding, and attend to individual needs and special requests. Be the reassuring presence for those who may feel nervous or stressed during the journey.
- Drive Engagement and Revenue: Promote our onboard meals, duty-free products, and "Charity Cloud" program with genuine enthusiasm—helping both our passengers and our community while meeting individual and team targets. Handle all cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
- Inspect and Report: Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure all supplies, emergency equipment, and catering are in order. Coordinate with ground staff during transit stops to maintain a clean, well-stocked cabin. Participate in post-flight briefings and provide objective feedback to support your team's growth.
- Grow Continuously: Stay current by attending recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and educational sessions. Maintain your license and readiness to step into the Cabin Supervisor role when designated.
Who We're Looking For?

Education & Health:
- A Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma. A qualification in Travel or Tourism is a nice bonus.
- Be physically fit, with no serious medical conditions, and ready to meet the demands of shift work and extended hours.
Languages & Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Personal Qualities:
- Presentable, friendly, and genuinely positive—even under pressure.
- Customer-focused, capable of handling difficult situations with poise, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- A natural collaborator who shows initiative and contributes to team success.
Experience That Shines:

- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in aviation, airlines, or hospitality is an advantage.
- An active cabin crew license is a definite plus.
