What to Expect at the Recruitment Day?
This isn't your typical interview. Our Recruitment Day is designed to give you a real feel for the role and help us get to know you beyond your resume. During the event, you'll have the chance to:
- Meet directly with our recruitment specialists, who will answer all your questions about life as Cabin Crew and share what makes airBaltic unique.
- Participate in an English language assessment and hands-on role-play exercises that mirror everyday situations you'd encounter onboard—think of it as a sneak peek into your future role.
Your Role: Safety First, Service Always
As Cabin Crew with airBaltic, you become the face of our airline and the guardian of our passengers' experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and security of everyone onboard through diligent adherence to procedures.
- Delivering warm, attentive customer service that makes every passenger feel welcome and cared for.
- Providing extra assistance and reassurance to passengers with special needs.
- Managing onboard sales with a friendly, consultative approach—from presenting products to handling payments smoothly.
- Keeping the cabin clean, organized, and inviting throughout the flight.
- Upholding the highest ethical standards in every interaction, every day.
What We're Looking For?
You don't need aviation experience—just the right spirit and a few essentials. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
- Strong English skills (B2 level or above), both spoken and written.
- A valid EU passport with no travel restrictions.
- A natural customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
- A friendly, positive attitude and an adventurous outlook on life.
- Physical fitness and the ability to swim confidently.
- A reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes (this helps us meet safety requirements).
