What We're Looking For?
We are searching for seasoned cabin crew professionals who combine technical expertise with genuine people skills. The ideal candidate brings experience, poise, and a collaborative spirit to our team.
To be considered, you must meet these essential requirements:
- Be at least 20 years of age.
- Hold a high school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Stand a minimum of 165 cm tall and be able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes—a requirement for accessing emergency equipment across our aircraft fleet.
- Possess a valid Cabin Crew Attestation, with your last active flight duty occurring within the past five years.
- Have at least one year of experience specifically as Senior Cabin Crew.
- Present a clean criminal record with no criminal history.
- Be a confident swimmer.
- Have no visible tattoos, piercings, scars, or marks that would be noticeable while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken—this is a mandatory requirement for clear communication and safety.
- Meet all medical fitness standards, with no conditions that would restrict your ability to perform flight duties.
- Be flexible and available for domestic and international operations, including overnight and extended duties as required.
- Be willing to relocate to Antalya or another assigned base depending on operational needs.
