As our Cabin Crew Instructor, you'll be at the heart of our crew development. Your primary focus is ensuring every cabin crew member who steps onboard a French bee aircraft is confident, competent, and fully aligned with our commitment to safety and service excellence. You'll guide new recruits through their initial training, support experienced crew with ongoing development, and serve as a trusted resource for best practices and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do?
- Lead and Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging, effective training sessions covering both safety and security procedures and our distinctive customer service standards. You'll make complex regulations accessible and bring our brand values to life.
- Share Your Expertise: Act as the go-to resource for operational knowledge, ensuring crews remain current with all EASA and EU OPS requirements. You'll translate regulatory updates into practical, actionable guidance.
- Coach and Mentor: Go beyond the classroom by providing constructive feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting individual crew members in their professional growth. Your encouragement and insights will help shape confident, capable professionals.

Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who combines operational expertise with a genuine gift for teaching. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven Experience: At least one year of experience as a Cabin Crew Leader or in a similar supervisory role, ideally with exposure to training, coaching, or mentoring responsibilities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A solid, working understanding of EU OPS and EASA safety regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical training scenarios.
- A Passion for Development: A natural enthusiasm for teaching and motivating others. You should find energy in helping people learn, grow, and succeed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to deliver training clearly and effectively. Proficiency in additional languages (particularly French) would be a welcome advantage.
- Tech Comfort: Familiarity with standard office tools like MS Office for creating training materials, tracking progress, and managing documentation.
