ETF Airways is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Cabin Crew Instructor to join our team. If you have a strong background in ATR 72-600 operations and a genuine desire to develop the next generation of cabin crew, this role offers the perfect platform to share your expertise while helping shape our training standards.

This position is based at our expanding operations and reports to our training management team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our crew members are not just compliant with EASA standards, but truly confident, capable, and ready to deliver exceptional safety and service.

Your Impact: Building Excellence from the Ground Up

As our ATR 72-600 Cabin Crew Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering training that truly prepares our crew for the realities of the job. You'll work with trainees at every stage of their journey—from initial induction through to recurrent training and type conversions. Your classroom and practical sessions will cover everything from safety protocols and emergency procedures to the customer service standards that set ETF Airways apart.

But this role is about more than just delivering lessons. You'll assess performance with a constructive eye, provide feedback that helps individuals grow, and maintain the meticulous regulatory records that keep us compliant and safe. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our training materials, ensuring they remain current, effective, and engaging.

    Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Delivering comprehensive, EASA Part-CC compliant training programmes for cabin crew at all levels
    • Leading both classroom-based theoretical instruction and hands-on practical sessions covering safety, emergency procedures, and service excellence
    • Evaluating trainee performance objectively and providing meaningful, developmental feedback
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date regulatory training records in line with EASA requirements
    • Collaborating with the training team to review, update, and enhance training materials and methodologies

What We're Looking For in Our Next Instructor?

We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for teaching. You understand that great training creates confident, competent crew members—and you take pride in being part of that transformation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
    • Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and current EASA medical certificate
    • A Senior Cabin Crew Member certificate or equivalent training record
    • A completed Train the Trainer course with an EASA-approved certificate
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cabin Crew Instructor specifically on the ATR 72-600 aircraft type
    • An EU passport or legal right to work in the EU, with a valid unrestricted passport
    • The ability to pass a comprehensive 5-year background check with a clean criminal record
    • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends, as training schedules require
