This is an open, invitation-free event. Simply bring your CV and meet our recruitment team face-to-face. If your application catches our eye, you'll be invited back the following day to complete the full assessment process.

To be considered, you'll need to meet these minimum requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum height of 163 cm (no reach test required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a welcome advantage
- Impeccable personal grooming with no visible tattoos or piercings (one small earring per lobe is permitted for females)
- Clean criminal record and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- Willingness to comply with UAE and GCAA requirements
- Ability to swim using a flotation device
