    Key Responsibilities

    As part of our Cabin Crew team, your responsibilities will include:

    • Carrying out inflight safety and security tasks with precision and professionalism
    • Ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout every journey
    • Providing exceptional customer experience and satisfaction at every touchpoint
    • Monitoring, managing, and securing the cabin to maintain a safe and pleasant environment
    • Adhering to all aviation rules and regulations at all times

    What We're Looking For?

    To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • Age: 18 years or over
    • Education: A minimum of Level 2 or equivalent in 5 HKDSE NSS subjects including English Language; OR Pass in 5 HKCEE subjects including English Language
    • Physical Requirements: A minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
    • Language Skills: Fluency in oral English and Cantonese, with the ability to read and write Chinese. Good command of one or more of the following Asian languages—Putonghua, Japanese, or Korean—would be a definite advantage
    • Personal Qualities: A team player with sound communication and interpersonal skills; people-oriented with a strong customer service ethos
    • Experience: Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in the hospitality industry is a distinct advantage
    • Adaptability: Able to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
