Elevate Your Career in Corporate Aviation: Flight Attendant, Phoenix!
Honeywell's corporate flight department is seeking an experienced, polished, and safety-focused Flight Attendant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This isn't just about cabin service—it's about representing a global technology leader and ensuring our executives and guests experience seamless, professional, and genuinely thoughtful hospitality at every stage of their journey.
Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, you'll work on a hybrid schedule based out of our Phoenix location. You'll be entrusted with creating an environment where safety, comfort, and refined service come together effortlessly.
Your Role: Safety First, Service Always
In this position, you're a vital partner to the flight crew and the face of Honeywell in the air. Your responsibilities extend well beyond the galley—you'll actively participate in our Safety Management System, conduct thorough pre-flight preparations, and serve as the primary point of contact for passenger needs. Whether you're briefing passengers on safety procedures, managing an elegant meal service, or remaining calm and capable during an unexpected situation, your professionalism sets the tone for the entire flight experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For?
- Partnering with pilots to support safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations
- Conducting pre-flight safety checks, passenger briefings, and post-flight cabin security
- Ensuring all emergency and safety equipment is onboard, accessible, and in working order
- Guiding and assisting passengers during emergencies with clarity and composure
- Maintaining the cabin, galley, and baggage areas to impeccable standards
- Stocking provisions and managing inventory to ensure everything needed is onboard and ready
- Planning menus, catering, and overseeing food presentation that reflects the expectations of corporate travelers
What We Require?
We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated capability and professionalism in a similar environment. To be considered, you must have:
- At least 12 months of experience as a Flight Attendant on the same aircraft type—or a larger platform—than the one you'll be assigned to
- Three or more years in a customer-facing role, ideally within aviation
- A certificate from an approved Flight Attendant training organization, recognized by our Manager of Passenger Services and VP of Flight Operations
- Strong culinary knowledge, including menu planning and food presentation, to deliver a first-class inflight experience
- Familiarity with the specific aircraft type for this position
- The ability to pass a company pre-employment physical, drug screening, and a thorough background investigation
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, emergency protocols, and first aid response
- Composure and sound judgment in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment
What We Value:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field
- Previous corporate or business aviation experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to collaborate with crew and passengers alike
- A genuine commitment to service excellence and discretion
