As a Cabin Crew member with HOP!, you will be entrusted with the dual responsibility of ensuring absolute passenger safety and delivering a personalized, quality-driven travel experience. Your role is pivotal in creating a seamless and pleasant journey for every customer. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of passenger safety through the strict and knowledgeable application of all current procedures.
- Providing warm, attentive, and professional customer service that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
- Personalizing interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and build positive rapport.
- Representing the commercial image of HOP! and the Air France-KLM group with an exemplary, well-groomed appearance and respectful behaviour towards all.
- Demonstrating the physical ability to independently operate all onboard safety equipment, access overhead compartments, and manage essential devices in accordance with operational requirements.
This position is based in Paris and is offered on an initial fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with schedules that require flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

To qualify, you must meet the following precise criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old and hold a Baccalauréat or equivalent higher diploma (with a CIEP/ENIC-NARIC equivalency for diplomas obtained outside France).
- Provide certified proof of French language proficiency at level B2 (issued within the last 24 months; accepted tests: TCF, TEF, DELF, LILATE, BRIGHT 5 STAR).
- Provide certified proof of English language proficiency at level B2 (issued within the last 24 months; accepted tests: LILATE or LINGUASKILL General/Business; TOEIC is not accepted).
- Knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
- Be a national of an EU Member State or Switzerland.
- Hold a valid European Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and have at least 2 years of experience as a regulatory Cabin Crew member within the last 5 years.
- Possess valid medical certification attesting to your physical and mental fitness for the role.
- Hold a passport valid at least until the end of 2028.
The Selection & Application Process
The recruitment process includes an in-person interview in the Paris region. Successful candidates will be placed in a talent pool and contacted based on operational needs.
