As a Cabin Crew Member at Africa World Airlines, you become the face of our airline—the person passengers remember long after they've landed. Your role is a blend of safety professional, service ambassador, and cultural connector. Whether you're assisting a first-time flyer or a frequent business traveler, your calm presence and genuine attention will make all the difference.
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who bring both professionalism and personality to the cabin. To be considered, you'll need:
- A first degree or diploma from a recognized university.
- The ability to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
- A minimum height of 160 cm, with an arm reach of at least 190 cm while standing.
- Maximum height of 173 cm for female applicants and 178 cm for male applicants.
- It's a bonus if you speak French—our network spans destinations across West Africa, and being able to welcome passengers in their preferred language is always valued.
