What You'll Be Doing: Your Role in the Sky

Safety and Compliance Come First
You'll be responsible for knowing and following all standard operating procedures set by the Government, DGCA, and our company manuals. This means staying current with safety circulars, ensuring all your mandatory training documents are valid, and always keeping safety at the forefront of your mind—even while delivering exceptional service.
Creating Genuine Connections with Customers
Our passengers are at the center of everything we do. What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Basic Eligibility:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card
- Minimum education: 10+2 (Class 12) completed
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Medically fit as per DGCA standards
Age Requirements:
- Freshers with no flying experience: 18 to 28 years
- Experienced cabin crew: Up to 35 years
Physical Standards:
- Height: Minimum 155 cm for female candidates, 167.5 cm for male candidates
- BMI: Female 18–23, Male 18–25
- Weight should be proportionate to height
- No visible tattoos or marks
