First impressions matter, and we want you to feel confident walking in. Please arrive dressed in complete office attire, presenting yourself professionally from head to toe.
For female candidates, this means:
- Full, polished makeup
- Neat, professional hairstyle
- Clean, well-groomed nails
For all candidates, please ensure your overall presentation reflects the pride you would take in wearing the Batik Air uniform.
Documents You Must Bring
To complete your registration on the day, please come prepared with the following items:
- Your updated CV
- Original and photocopy of your NRIC
- Original and photocopy of your SPM certificate (or any higher education qualifications)
- One latest passport-sized photograph
- One latest full-body photograph (portrait style)
Having these ready will help us process your application smoothly and allow more time for meaningful conversation.
What We're Looking For?
We believe the best cabin crew are those who genuinely enjoy connecting with people while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- Malaysian citizen, Female or Male
- Between 18 and 28 years old
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Height: Minimum 160cm (Female) | Minimum 170cm (Male)
- Weight proportionally aligned with height: 45-60kg
- SPM credit (or equivalent) in both English and Bahasa Melayu
- Medically, physically, and mentally fit
- No visible tattoos or body marks while in uniform
