What You Can Expect from the Recruitment Process
Our selection process begins with a careful review of your CV. If your profile matches what we're looking for, you'll be invited to an interview. From there, successful candidates will move forward to initial training on the Airbus A320/321 aircraft.
We cover the full cost of both theoretical and practical training—but please note that a contractual commitment to complete the six-month agreement will be required.
Training Timeline:
- Theory Course: Scheduled for April and May 2026
- Flight Training: Also running from April through May 2026
Your Path to Employment
Once you've successfully passed the required aeromedical examinations and completed training—including obtaining your A320 type-specific certification—you'll be offered an initial fixed-term employment contract for six months. This contract includes a one-month probationary period and begins immediately after training is finalized.
What We're Looking For?
We're searching for candidates who are not only qualified but also bring the right attitude, professionalism, and presence to represent Electra Airways in the cabin.
Essential Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Completed high school education or higher
- Strong command of both Czech and English (spoken and written)
- A valid international passport
- No criminal record or pending legal proceedings
- No substance addiction of any kind
- Excellent teamwork skills and a responsible, disciplined approach
- Composed, well-mannered, and presentable demeanor
- Clear diction and good communication skills
- High standards of personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, including extended stays abroad
- Normal body proportions with a minimum height of 160 cm (to safely operate safety equipment)
Important Note: Candidates invited for an interview will be required to submit an up-to-date drug test.
