In this prestigious role, you'll deliver an unparalleled level of service at 45,000 feet, ensuring the comfort, safety, and absolute discretion of high-profile passengers while creating a personalized and luxurious in-flight experience. From pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-through, you'll take ownership of every detail—anticipating client needs, managing high-end catering and cabin presentation, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality.
What You'll Be Doing?
Flight Operations
- Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth operations from start to finish
- Conduct thorough preflight cabin checks and promptly report any maintenance issues
- Coordinate with flight crews to maintain a pristine, impeccably clean aircraft
- Ensure all safety equipment is in place and operational before every departure
Passenger Safety & Comfort
- Assist with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements, including for children and passengers with disabilities
- Operate safety equipment with confidence and precision
- For Part 91 flights, ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations and deliver safety briefings as advised by the PIC
- Take command of the cabin in the event of an aircraft or medical emergency—your training will prepare you for this
Cabin Maintenance & Service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin that reflects sophistication and attention to detail
- Manage bedding, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure every need is anticipated
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences—culinary excellence is key
- Source and coordinate with vendors to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Administrative Duties
- Update client profiles with precision and discretion
- Complete post-trip reports and manage expense accounts
- Maintain aircraft-specific manuals and stay current with all required training
Supervisory & Training
- Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members, sharing your expertise
- Represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking a candidate who will ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience of passengers during each flight. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Expert Credentials
- Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent
Proven Experience
- Four years in a similar role within private or corporate aviation
- At least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience—you understand the art of exceptional dining
Education & Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Flexibility & Global Readiness
- Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, including extended trips, holidays, and weekends
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions

What You'll Experience
Physical Requirements
- Perform tasks requiring regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting
- Occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching
- Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting
- Maintain sharp vision across various ranges and depths
Work Environment
- Operate in a variety of environments, from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces
- Experience the dynamic atmosphere of aircraft arrivals and departures, including occasional high noise levels, vibrations, and exposure to fuel fumes
