What You'll Own: The Complete In-Flight Experience
In this role, you are the architect of the passenger experience. From the moment you begin pre-flight preparations to the final post-flight follow-through, you take full ownership. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Pilot-in-Command to ensure every operation runs smoothly, the cabin is pristine, and every detail—from sourcing premium catering to arranging personalized amenities—reflects the utmost care.
Your responsibilities go far beyond service. You'll conduct thorough preflight cabin checks, coordinate with ground crews, and maintain the aircraft's luxurious presentation. When passengers are onboard, you'll be their trusted guide—managing cabin systems, assisting with luggage and seating arrangements, and ensuring safety protocols are followed with quiet professionalism. Whether delivering safety briefings or leading the cabin during an emergency, your calm presence and expertise are essential.
A Day in Your Life Might Include:
- Collaborating closely with the flight crew to ensure seamless operations and open communication
- Conducting detailed cabin inspections and coordinating with vendors to maintain impeccable standards
- Curating tailored dining experiences, from menu planning to presentation, based on individual passenger preferences
- Anticipating client needs with discretion and warmth, updating detailed profiles for future journeys
- Leading and mentoring contract or part-time crew members, serving as a trusted ambassador for Jet Aviation
- Managing post-flight reports, expense accounts, and staying current on all required training and aircraft manuals
What You Bring to the Sky?
We're looking for someone whose credentials match their passion. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Certified Expertise: Flight Safety International (or equivalent) corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training, plus MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification (or CPR/AED equivalent)
- Proven Experience: At least four years in a similar cabin attendant role, with a minimum of two years in high-end culinary or luxury hospitality
- Foundational Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Unwavering Flexibility: A willingness to work a variable schedule, including extended trips, holidays, and weekends, to meet flight mission profiles
- Global Readiness: Ability to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions
- Clean Credentials: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Age Requirement: At least 21 years of age

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, with final compensation determined by experience, location, and other relevant factors.
