    In this prestigious role, you'll deliver an unparalleled level of service at 45,000 feet, ensuring the comfort, safety, and absolute discretion of high-profile passengers while creating a personalized and luxurious in-flight experience. From pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-through, you'll take ownership of every detail—anticipating client needs, managing high-end catering and cabin presentation, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality and confidentiality.

    What You'll Be Doing?

    Flight Operations

    • Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth operations from start to finish
    • Conduct thorough preflight cabin checks and promptly report any maintenance issues
    • Coordinate with flight crews to maintain a pristine, impeccably clean aircraft
    • Ensure all safety equipment is in place and operational before every departure

    Passenger Safety & Comfort

    • Assist with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements, including for children and passengers with disabilities
    • Operate safety equipment with confidence and precision
    • For Part 91 flights, ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations and deliver safety briefings as advised by the PIC
    • Take command of the cabin in the event of an aircraft or medical emergency—your training will prepare you for this

    Cabin Maintenance & Service

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin that reflects sophistication and attention to detail
    • Manage bedding, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure every need is anticipated
    • Prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences—culinary excellence is key
    • Source and coordinate with vendors to deliver exceptional dining experiences

    Administrative Duties

    • Update client profiles with precision and discretion
    • Complete post-trip reports and manage expense accounts
    • Maintain aircraft-specific manuals and stay current with all required training

    Supervisory & Training

    • Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members, sharing your expertise
    • Represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies

    What We're Looking For?

    We're seeking a candidate who will ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience of passengers during each flight. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

    Expert Credentials

    • Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
    • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent

    Proven Experience

    • Four years in a similar role within private or corporate aviation
    • At least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience—you understand the art of exceptional dining

    Education & Requirements

    • High school diploma required
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Must be at least 21 years of age

    Flexibility & Global Readiness

    • Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, including extended trips, holidays, and weekends
    • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions

    What You'll Experience

    Physical Requirements

    • Perform tasks requiring regular use of hands, standing, walking, and sitting
