Your Role: Curator of the In-Flight Experience
As our Flight Attendant, you will be the heart of the onboard experience for our VIP clients. You'll work independently, managing every aspect of the cabin with a focus on safety, comfort, and personalized service. Whether you're coordinating gourmet catering, maintaining impeccable cabin standards, or ensuring all safety procedures are clearly communicated, your attention to detail will set the tone for each journey. This is not a role for someone who simply follows a script—it's for someone who reads the room, adapts effortlessly, and delivers service that feels intuitive and effortless.
What You'll Be Responsible For?
- Delivering a genuinely premium onboard experience tailored to the preferences and expectations of high-profile clients
- Overseeing all cabin preparation, including catering coordination, inventory management, and ensuring every detail is flawless before takeoff
- Conducting passenger safety briefings and maintaining rigorous adherence to safety protocols throughout the flight
- Upholding exceptional cabin standards from departure to arrival, ensuring clients feel cared for and comfortable at every stage
What We're Looking For?
We value professionalism, discretion, and a service mindset above all. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Language Skills: Fluent English is essential. Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a valuable plus.
- Location & Flexibility: You should be based in Europe, with Madrid as the preferred location. Flexibility for international operations is a must.
- Visa Requirements: The ability to obtain U.S., Canada, and India visas is required.
- Service Mindset: A natural ability to connect with clients, anticipate their needs, and maintain a discreet, client-focused presence.
- Adaptability: Comfort working independently and adjusting gracefully to dynamic schedules and changing client requests.
- Professional Presentation: High standards in hospitality, appearance, and personal presentation are non-negotiable.
- Certifications: Business Aviation Flight Attendant training is preferred. Valid Safety & Emergency Procedures and First Aid certifications are required.
Experience That Stands Out:
- A minimum of 2–3 years in business aviation is preferred.
- Experience serving VIP or UHNW clientele is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Gulfstream G550 or similar long-range aircraft types is a strong advantage.
