Craft Culinary Magic at 40,000 Feet — MJET Seeks an In-Flight Chef for Its Prestigious ACJ Fleet!
Imagine plating a five-star meal while soaring above the Atlantic, with the world's most captivating cities—New York, Tokyo, or Hawaii—waiting for you at the end of the flight. This is not a typical chef's role. This is an invitation to join MJET's elite cabin crew as our In-Flight Chef, responsible for curating an unforgettable dining experience aboard our luxurious Airbus Corporate Jet.
If you are a culinary artist who thrives on precision, possesses an adventurous spirit, and is ready to trade a static kitchen for a global pantry in the sky, we want to meet you.
Your New Kitchen: A Flying Yacht for 19 Guests
Our ACJ is more than an aircraft—it's a "flying yacht," meticulously configured to host just 19 passengers in unparalleled comfort and privacy. As our In-Flight Chef, you step into a role where culinary creativity meets the unique challenges and rewards of private aviation. You'll work in rotation, typically spending two weeks on duty followed by two weeks off, allowing you to explore the world during stopovers while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Under the guidance of the Captain and Senior Cabin Crew, you will take full ownership of the onboard culinary journey. From coordinating bespoke catering with our ground teams to the final, artful plating at altitude, every detail passes through your hands. You'll collaborate closely with the cabin team, manage the galley with military precision, and continually refine presentation to ensure each meal is a memorable moment for our discerning owners and charter guests.
Your creativity will be valued here. We encourage you to contribute fresh ideas—whether it's a new menu concept, an innovative plating style, or a thoughtful personalization that delights a returning guest. This is your canvas.
