What You'll Do: The Heart of the Journey
As a Nolinor Flight Attendant, your mission goes beyond the cabin—you are the guardian of safety, the face of hospitality, and a key part of the adventure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping Everyone Safe: You'll apply cabin safety procedures with precision, ensuring every passenger understands and follows safety instructions and emergency protocols. Your vigilance is what makes every journey secure.
- Delivering In-Flight Service with Heart: From meal distribution to assisting passengers with special needs, you'll provide attentive, quality service that makes travelers feel cared for from takeoff to landing.
- Staying Ready for the Unexpected: You'll be trained to handle in-flight emergencies with confidence—whether it's an evacuation, administering first aid, or coordinating response efforts, you'll be prepared to act swiftly and calmly.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Leading clear, engaging safety demonstrations before each takeoff and ensuring passengers are well-informed.
- Maintaining constant awareness throughout the flight, identifying any anomalies or situations that may require attention.
- Executing emergency evacuation procedures and assisting passengers during onboard incidents in line with company protocols.
- Completing detailed flight and incident reports after each mission, ensuring all observations are documented and shared with the Flight Attendant Liaison.

To take flight with us, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid Canadian passport and a valid driver's license.
- Full bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) to serve our diverse clientele.
- Availability to complete a six-week intensive training program.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our Mirabel base.
