Soar Above the Clouds with Star Flyer: Join Our Flight Attendant Team!

Base Locations: Kitakyushu Airport or Haneda Airport

Note: Initial training will take place at our Kitakyushu Airport facilities.

Have you ever dreamed of working in the skies for a Japanese airline that truly values its people? Star Flyer is looking for warm, professional, and resilient Flight Attendants to join our cabin team. Whether you're based in bustling Tokyo or the vibrant city of Kitakyushu, you'll be part of a close-knit crew dedicated to making every passenger feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed.

    What We're Looking For?

We don't expect you to be perfect — but we do expect you to be serious about service and ready for the unique lifestyle that comes with this role.

To be eligible, you should have completed your studies at a vocational school, technical college, junior college, four-year university, or graduate school by March 2026. This role requires real flexibility — you'll be working early mornings, late nights, overnight stays, and on weekends, public holidays, and even through the year-end and New Year period. If you enjoy variety and can adapt to changing schedules, you'll fit right in.

Language skills matter here. We strongly prefer candidates with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher in English. Fluency in Chinese or Korean is a welcome bonus that will set you apart.

What You Can Expect to Earn?

Your starting monthly salary is 249,000 yen, with a salary review once a year (every June) based on your role and performance.

We also offer a bonus — based on 2025 figures, it's paid twice a year (summer and winter). Please note that bonuses may vary depending on company performance.

In addition to your base pay, you'll receive a duty allowance calculated on actual hours worked, plus a range of other allowances, including:

    • Commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen)
    • Overtime pay
    • Late-night work allowance
    • Driver allowance
    • Haneda Airport SD allowance, and more

Time Off That Respects Your Life

We believe rest matters. You'll receive 121 holidays per year — that's roughly 10 days off each month. Beyond that, our leave system includes:

    • Annual paid leave
    • Maternity leave
    • Parental leave
    • Caregiving leave

Benefits That Support You and Your Family

Star Flyer takes care of its crew with a thoughtful benefits package designed for the long run:

    • Full social insurance coverage (health, employee pension, employment, and workers' compensation)
    • Regular health checkups
    • Defined contribution pension plan (401K)
    • Employee Stock Ownership Plan
    • Employee discount flight program (on Star Flyer and ANA flights)
    • Congratulatory and condolence payment system
    • Group Long-Term Disability Income Protection Insurance (GLTD)
    • Childcare and family care leave
