Who We're Looking For?
We believe the best cabin crew are those who genuinely enjoy connecting with people while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. If you're graduating soon and have a natural ability to make others feel at ease, we'd love to meet you.
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Be a recent or upcoming graduate—between April 2026 and March 2027—from a vocational school, college of technology, junior college, four-year university, or graduate school.
- Be flexible and adaptable, ready to work early mornings, late nights, and overnight stays as needed, including weekends, national holidays, and the New Year period.
- Have strong English skills, ideally with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher. Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a definite advantage and will set you apart.
Compensation and Benefits
We believe in rewarding our team members fairly for their dedication and hard work. Here's what you can expect as a Star Flyer Cabin Attendant:
Monthly Base Salary: 237,000 yen
Additional Allowances: Beyond your base salary, you'll receive flight duty allowances based on your hours in the air, plus various other supplements including:
- Commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen)
- Overtime work allowance
- Late-night work allowance
- Haneda SD allowance (for those based at Haneda)
Wage Review: Performance-based wage reviews are conducted once a year in June, with adjustments reflecting your role and contributions.
Bonuses: Enjoy bonuses twice annually—in Summer and Winter. Based on 2025 results, both bonuses were paid. Please note that bonuses may be adjusted if company performance declines significantly.
