When you come in to see us, please come prepared. Your presentation matters as much as your qualifications. Here's what to bring along:
- Your most up-to-date resume highlighting any customer-facing experience
- Original copies of your educational and any relevant certificates
- A copy of your Malaysian NRIC (identification card)
- One full-length photograph of yourself
- Two copies of a recent passport-sized photo
We also ask that you follow our interview dress code: office attire. For ladies, this means wearing a knee-length skirt. First impressions count, and we want to see your professional best from the moment you walk in.
Are You the Right Fit for AirBorneo?
We're looking for individuals who are polished, warm, and ready to represent our airline with pride. To be considered, you must meet these essential requirements:
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Hold Malaysian citizenship
- Meet the minimum height requirement: 165 cm for men, 157 cm for women
- Speak and write fluently in both Malay and English
- Have achieved at least a credit in both Bahasa Malaysia and English on your SPM certificate
- Beyond the checklist, we're searching for someone with a natural warmth, a professional presence, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. You'll be the face of AirBorneo, so a positive attitude and a passion for service are absolutely essential.
