Meet Emirates in Person: Cabin Crew Open Days Across Sweden!
Imagine a career where your office is 40,000 feet in the air, your colleagues come from over 160 nationalities, and your layovers might take you to Tokyo, New York, or Cape Town. Emirates is inviting ambitious, service-driven individuals across Sweden to step into one of our upcoming Open Days—no prior online application required.

That's right. You don't need to submit anything before you arrive. Simply review our requirements, then walk into the venue at your chosen city on the day. We'll take it from there.
What Happens at Our Open Day?
We've designed the day to give you a real taste of life as Emirates Cabin Crew while allowing us to get to know you. Here's how it unfolds:
- Welcome & Overview: Our recruitment team will walk you through the role, what makes Emirates unique, and what daily life looks like for our crew living in Dubai.
- Group Activities & Online Test: You'll participate in engaging group exercises that reveal your natural teamwork style, followed by a short digital assessment at the venue.
- Final Interview: This is where we sit down together. We genuinely want to hear your story, what motivates you, and why you believe Emirates is the right next step for your career.
