Jetfly is seeking an exceptional Cabin Host to join our Aircraft Management division, operating a privately managed Dassault Falcon 7X from our Geneva base. Your Role: Curator of the In-Flight Experience
As the sole cabin professional on board, you will be the architect of every passenger journey. Working closely with the flight crew and operations team, your focus will be on creating seamless, memorable experiences tailored to the owner's preferences. From gourmet catering to cabin ambiance, your attention to detail will define the standard of comfort and discretion expected on a flagship Falcon 7X operation. This position demands flexibility—you will operate on a worldwide schedule, adapting to the owner's travel needs while maintaining the highest safety and service standards.
What You'll Be Responsible For?
- Crafting a personalized, experiential in-flight experience for the aircraft owner and VIP passengers, anticipating needs before they arise
- Upholding all safety protocols in coordination with the flight crew, ensuring a secure environment at all times
- Curating, ordering, and presenting gourmet catering and beverages with the sophistication expected in private aviation
- Managing cabin presentation, from day to night configurations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and ambiance throughout every flight
- Serving as the owner's trusted onboard host, balancing warmth with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborating seamlessly with the flight crew, maintaining exceptional crew resource management (CRM) and team synergy
- Coordinating with ground operations to ensure flawless trip execution, from catering to documentation
- Maintaining meticulous records of cabin inventory, catering preferences, and trip logs
- Representing Jetfly's values with integrity and polish, both in the air and during ground interactions
Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking a seasoned cabin professional who understands the nuances of private aviation and takes pride in delivering a truly personalized experience. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Proven experience as a Cabin Crew member or Cabin Host within business aviation
- Familiarity with large-cabin or ultra-long-range operations
- Experience on the Falcon 7X or 8X is a strong advantage
- Deep expertise in high-end catering, wine service, and luxury hospitality
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is a plus
- Impeccable presentation and a polished, professional demeanor
- The ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a close-knit team environment
- Flexibility to operate on a worldwide schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Residence within a two-hour travel radius of Geneva (or a willingness to relocate prior to joining)
Additionally, you must hold a valid, unrestricted EU passport, have a clean criminal record, and be prepared to successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and security assessment.
Working Conditions & Roster Structure
This role operates under an international employment contract, reflecting the aircraft's registration and operational framework.
- Roster: An indicative 14/14 schedule, though flexibility is essential based on the owner's flight program. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic, non-traditional work pattern.
- Location: Geneva-based. A critical requirement is proximity to the base—hotel accommodation is not provided on non-flying days. Candidates must reside within a two-hour travel radius of Geneva or be ready to relocate before starting.
