What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
This role is all about keeping our passengers safe, comfortable, and well taken care of from start to finish. You'll be the welcoming face they remember and the calm, capable presence they trust. Here's what a typical shift might look like for you:
- Greeting each passenger as they board, helping with carry-on bags, and guiding everyone to their seats with a friendly smile.
- Explaining safety procedures clearly and demonstrating how to use emergency equipment—making sure everyone understands without feeling overwhelmed.
- Staying sharp on every emergency protocol and evacuation procedure, so you're always ready to act quickly and confidently when it matters most.
- Keeping a close eye on passenger needs throughout the flight, offering beverages, snacks, or meals with professional, warm service.
- Handling challenging moments with patience and respect—whether it's a nervous flyer, a frustrated passenger, or an unexpected situation.
- Being prepared to administer first aid or medical care in case of an emergency, and offering extra support to passengers with special needs.
- Rolling up your sleeves after landing to help stock supplies and clean the cabin, getting the aircraft ready for its next journey.
What We're Looking For in You?
We don't expect perfection—but we do expect reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others. Here are the basics you'll need to qualify:
- A strong track record of showing up on time, being dependable, and following through.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays—because that's when our passengers need us most.
- The physical ability to perform all safety-related tasks, including operating aircraft doors and lifting emergency window exits.
- Ability to pass a DOT Drug and Alcohol screening (and submit to random testing afterward), plus a successful background check.
The Pay and Perks
