MassMutual's private aviation team is seeking a polished, proactive, and adaptable Full-Time Flight Attendant to join our Part 91 operation at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT. This isn't just a service role—it's an opportunity to become an essential part of a team that values professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care for the passengers we transport.

If you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, enjoy anticipating needs before they're expressed, and take pride in delivering a truly superior level of hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Who We Are and What We Stand For?

The Fixed Wing Team at MassMutual exists for one purpose: to provide safe, reliable, and flexible transportation that empowers our customers to be more productive. We're not just pilots and flight attendants—we're problem-solvers, trusted partners, and dedicated professionals who take pride in being known as "The Solution" for complex travel needs. We support the company's strategic goals while looking out for one another as a close-knit team.

What You'll Bring to the Cabin?

As our Flight Attendant, you'll work alongside the flight crew to ensure every journey is safe, smooth, and genuinely comfortable for our passengers. Your days will involve a thoughtful mix of safety leadership, hospitality, and behind-the-scenes preparation.

Here's a closer look at how you'll make an impact:

    • Partnering with the flight crew to support safe, efficient operations from start to finish
    • Staying fully current and confident with all aircraft safety equipment—and alerting the Pilot-in-Command immediately if any cabin emergency arises
    • Planning menus that accommodate allergies, dietary preferences, and special requests with care and attention
    • Handling all catering logistics: ordering, shopping, and preparing fresh food for passengers and crew
    • Maintaining strict food safety standards in the galley and cabin
    • Conducting thorough, clear passenger safety briefings before every departure
    • Delivering warm, polished customer service that reflects well on MassMutual
    • Preparing the cabin and passengers for departure and arrival in full compliance with FAA regulations
    • Checking in on passenger comfort throughout the flight and offering assistance as needed
    • Taking the lead during any emergency situation—instructing and helping passengers with calm authority
    • Keeping the cabin, galley, and baggage areas clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after each flight
    • Completing all preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork accurately
    • Actively participating in our Safety Management System

What You Need to Be Considered?

We take our hiring process seriously because safety and service excellence are non-negotiable. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • At least one year of experience as a Flight Attendant with an airline, corporate flight department, or government agency
    • A high school diploma or GED
    • The unrestricted ability to travel worldwide without limitations
    • Current, permanent U.S. work authorization with no need for future sponsorship
    • First aid training that includes both adult and infant CPR certification
    • Genuine comfort with a constantly evolving schedule, including late-night flights
    • Availability to launch on short notice—if you're on standby, a 2-hour response time is expected
    • A home base within a 90-minute drivable commute from Bradley International Airport (BDL)
    • The physical ability to repeatedly lift 25–30 pounds from floor level to waist height

It's Even Better If You Have:

    • Solid knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
    • Strong organizational skills and a naturally detail-oriented mindset
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities—you connect easily with people at every level
    • Flight attendant-specific training from Flight Safety, FACTS, or a similar provider (annual recurrent training is required)
    • Emergency Medical Response (EMR) training
    • A genuine interest in culinary arts, food, wine, and menu planning for first-class corporate service
    • Tech savviness—comfort using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, smartphones, and iPads

A quick note: Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screening and background check.
