What You'll Be Doing as Our Cabin Crew Member?

Your role goes far beyond service. You'll be the face of Air Arabia, responsible for turning every flight into a positive, memorable journey while keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do.

    • Welcoming Guests Onboard: From the moment passengers step onto the aircraft, you'll greet them warmly, assist with boarding procedures, and complete accurate logbook entries in line with airline and civil aviation standards.
    • Keeping Everyone Safe: You'll deliver clear safety briefings, stay alert to any risks, and work closely with your Cabin Supervisor to address issues immediately. When needed, you'll provide first aid and promptly report any irregularities or malfunctions to your supervisor, flight crew, or captain.
    • Creating a Comfortable Journey: Your attention to detail makes all the difference. You'll attend pre-flight briefings, check that emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials are fully stocked, and ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned during transit stops. After each flight, you'll complete post-flight reports and help with handovers to catering, cleaning, or maintenance teams.
    • Going the Extra Mile for Passengers: You'll attend to individual passenger requests, pre-bookings, and special needs with genuine care. If someone is stressed or having a difficult moment, you'll step in with empathy and follow the guidelines in our operations manual.
    • Boosting the Onboard Experience: You'll contribute to our onboard sales and our Charity Cloud program by promoting meals, products, and donation opportunities with enthusiasm. Meeting your individual and team targets is part of the role—and you'll handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.
    • Stepping Up as a Leader: When designated by the captain, you'll take on the duties of Cabin Supervisor, managing passenger conduct and leading your team effectively.
    • Growing Your Skills: We invest in you. You'll maintain your license and stay current by attending recurrent training, emergency procedure workshops, and educational sessions throughout your career.
