What You Bring to the Team – Minimum Requirements
To join us as cabin crew, you will need to meet the following:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a minimum height of 163 cm (no reach test is required)
- Hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Speak and write English fluently (additional languages are a welcome plus)
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming aligned with our uniform and image standards—no visible tattoos or piercings (one earring per earlobe is permitted for females)
- Possess a clean criminal record and the ability to travel worldwide without restrictions
- Be willing to comply fully with UAE and GCAA visa requirements
- Feel comfortable in water and be able to swim while using a flotation device
