What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
As part of our cabin crew, you'll be the heart of every Marabu journey. Your days will be varied, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding. Here's what to expect:
- Providing warm, professional hospitality that keeps passengers comfortable and cared for throughout every flight
- Carrying out essential safety and security procedures, including pre-flight safety checks, emergency equipment demonstrations, and full compliance with aviation regulations
- Supporting onboard sales and helping promote products that genuinely enhance the passenger experience
- Working closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations from takeoff to landing
What We're Looking For?
This role is specifically for experienced crew members who already have their EASA attestation in hand. Here are the requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Minimum height: 158 cm
- Education: Completed secondary education
- Certification: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (essential)
- Citizenship: The right to live and work in Germany and the EU
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German are welcomed—but we encourage a willingness to improve your German over time
- Medical fitness: A valid aeromedical certificate and the ability to swim unassisted
- Experience: Previous cabin crew experience with a valid EASA attestation
- Background: No criminal record
- Commute: Ability to reach your home base airport within 60 minutes at any time
