This role is essential to the client experience on the day of travel—you'll be the reassuring presence at the airport, ensuring every detail is in order and supporting clients from arrival right through to the moment they step onboard their flight.

What You'll Be Doing?
As our Flight Representative, you'll be the key link between our clients and the operational teams on the ground. Your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving at the airport early to work with all stakeholders—ensuring client needs have been met, from catering to ground transport
- Meeting and greeting the lead client and guests at the terminal, providing a professional, welcoming ACS presence from the very first moment
- Arranging or providing requested refreshments where appropriate, adding a personal touch to the experience
- Communicating with the client at every stage of the process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout
- Supporting a smooth client journey from arrival at the terminal through to departure—escalating any issues promptly where needed
What We're Looking For?
This role is ideally suited to someone with a VIP cabin attendant background who understands the nuances of high-end service. To be considered, you should have:
- Ideally worked as a VIP cabin attendant or in a similar high-touch client-facing role
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)—essential for seamless communication
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise
- Outstanding communication skills—you connect easily with people and build trust quickly
